Emily Dawson
Founder, Executive Visionary Director

Emily Dawson is the Founder and Executive Visionary Director of The NeuroEquity Project. As a neurodivergent professional, Emily is passionate about workplace inclusion and creating equitable environments where all minds are valued and supported. With a mission to empower neurodivergent individuals and educate organizations on the value of neurodiversity, Emily leads efforts to drive awareness, develop impactful training programs, and provide resources that make a tangible difference.

Emily holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. This educational foundation, combined with lived experiences as an autistic professional, has shaped Emily’s understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in the workforce and the unique strengths they bring.

Outside of The NeuroEquity Project, Emily is a creative writer, lifelong learner, and advocate for embracing individuality. She is driven by the belief that diversity in all its forms is the key to innovation, growth, and a more inclusive world.

Chasity Woodard
Executive Director of Partnerships and Development

Chasity Woodard is the Executive Director of Partnerships and Development for The NeuroEquity Project. With a career in property management and a personal understanding of ADHD, Chasity brings a unique perspective to fostering inclusion and building meaningful connections that advance the mission of the organization. Her expertise in relationship-building and strategic development helps bridge the gap between organizations and the neurodivergent community, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.

As a neurodivergent professional, Chasity is passionate about advocating for workplace accessibility and promoting the value of neurodiverse talent. She leverages her lived experiences to inspire and educate others, empowering employers to create environments where everyone can succeed.

Outside of her work with The NeuroEquity Project, Chasity is known for her exceptional leadership in property management, where she excels in team building, client relations, and innovative problem-solving. She is dedicated to breaking down barriers, fostering understanding, and ensuring that neurodivergent individuals feel valued and supported in all aspects of life.

Jaleesa Montgomery
Executive Director of Advocacy and Awareness

Jaleesa Montgomery serves as the Executive Director of Advocacy and Awareness for The NeuroEquity Project, a role that aligns perfectly with her passion for promoting inclusivity and empowerment. Her journey into leadership and advocacy began in childhood, inspired by her mother’s work as an educator for individuals with differing abilities, and has been a guiding force throughout her career in property management.

As someone thriving with ADHD and autism, Jaleesa is a steadfast advocate for celebrating neurodiversity and embracing unique perspectives as valuable assets. She is deeply committed to equipping individuals with the tools and resources they need to navigate both the corporate world and life with confidence, purpose, and resilience.

Jaleesa’s leadership radiates an aura of empowerment and positivity, and is based on personal experience, empathy, and a drive to create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired to excel. Her unwavering dedication to personal and professional growth leaves a lasting impact, empowering those around her to embrace their potential and thrive authentically.
